General Information :
- A refundable Security Deposit of MYR100 is required upon check-in
- A Charge of MYR10 is required upon check-in for Astro facilities. Malaysia Taxes such as Sales and Services Tax and Tourism Tax (if any and applicable) is applicable at a rate fixed by the local authority.
- Reception Hours are strictly from 08.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. and Members / Guests are not allowed to check in after 11.00 p.m.
- Kindly be informed that the State of Pahang has imposed a Sustainability Fee of RM 3.00 per room per day to all vacation home’s members with effect from 1 March 2022; in accordance to the Pahang Hotel Regulation 2021. This Sustainability Fee is to be collected by the vacation home upon check-in on behalf of the Government.
