SINGAPORE TRIP – AMARA LIFETIME RESORT, YR 2019 – YIKE CHEE WAH

We headed to Singapore and stayed at AMARA Lifetime Resort at Tanjung Pagar and stayed there for about one week and it was pretty much a decent holiday for me and my wife. We went to Singapore to visit some relatives and friends as well.

We would rate our experiences as 4-Star with Interval International and our booking process too about a month to two months to confirm. It was a good experience booking with Interval International and our booking process was moderately satisfactory.

We took the AEROLINE double decker bus which took us approximately 5 hours to reach Singapore. We spent about RM190 per person / one way which is approximately RM380 in total.

The hotel we stayed is big and spacious. There are a lot of restaurants in the hotels that are quite famous and I would rate this hotel as 4.5 out of 5 ratings. We love it because 100 AM mall is located right at the hotel’s doorstep, it’s near to the MRT station so it’s a good value for us. The accommodation itself cost RM 400 – RM450 per night, so this exchange is a good value.

There were a lot of famous food like Thai and Korean food nearby the place we are staying. Moreover, there were many aircon hawker centre nearby too and the hawker food cost about SGD3 – SGD5 per meal. One of the famous foods at the hawker centre is Singapore Laksa which is very different from Malaysia Laksa and they have great varieties of desserts to select from. We also visited couple of interesting place like Garden by the bay, Clarke Quay by the Singapore river and the shopping at Orchard Road and famous for it’s hawker Chinese food.

Being a SGI VC member had benefited me as the club provides good value and exchange resort with Interval International. They have a big variety of resorts worldwide and you just need to pay the exchange fees and stay for free. You can never get this deal anywhere else and really worth it. If you would like to travel the world this would be the avenue for you to travel.
