In the age of digitalisation and the increasing threat of cyber-attacks, we strive to take every step possible to protect the data integrity of all our members.

Despite all practical steps taken to protect your data, we have been alerted that such protective measures have been compromised, concerning your contact information. Be assured that the financial information of all our members are safe.

Upon being alerted, SGI VC had immediately carried out a thorough investigation and have since taken the necessary measures to address this compromise and will continue to closely monitor the situation as well as improving our data security to avoid recurrence. We wish to assure all members that we take such matters seriously and the privacy and security of SGI Vacation Club’s members remain our highest priority.

We also wish to inform that we have lodged a police report regarding the incident and the relevant authorities have been informed.

We advise you to be more aware and vigilant when receiving communications from unknown parties so as to protect yourself against possible threats or fraud.
