We would like to inform that the 22^nd AGM pursuant to the Trust Deed dated on 22^nd August 2001 will be held as follows:

Venue : Grand Lotus, Level 2, Swiss-Garden Residences, No. 2A Jalan Galloway, 50150 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan

The Notice of AGM, the Proxy Form, the Audited Financial Statements of the SGI Vacation Club Trust Fund for the year ended 31st December 2022 and the Minutes of 21st Annual General Meeting for Members of SGI Vacation

Club Timeshare Membership Scheme has been attached and sent to your registered email address on 3rd June 2023 onwards, if you are eligible to attend the 22^nd AGM, for your information and attention.
