We would like to inform that the 24th AGM pursuant to the Trust Deed dated on 22^nd August 2001 will be held as follows:

Time : 9.30 a.m.
Venue : Lotus 2 & 3, Level 2, Swiss-Garden Residences, No. 2A Jalan Galloway, 50150 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan

The Notice of 24th AGM, the Proxy Form, the Audited Financial Statements of the SGI Vacation Club Trust Fund for the year ended 31st December 2024 and the Minutes of 23rd Annual General Meeting for Members of SGI Vacation Club Timeshare Membership Scheme has been attached and sent to your registered email address on 20th May 2025 onwards, if you are eligible to attend the 24th AGM, for your information and attention.
