The Notice of 5th Meeting, the Proxy Form, the Audited Financial Statements of the SGI Vacation Club Trust Fund for the year ended 31^st December 2022 and the Minutes of the 4th Annual General Meeting for Members of SGI Vacation Club Timeshare Membership Scheme 2 has been attached and sent to your registered email address on 05^th July 2023 onwards, if you are eligible to attend the 5th AGM, for your information and attention.
