BALI TRIP – CLUB BALI SUITES @ JAYAKARTA BALI HOTEL, YR 2017 – LOW HENG KEE

We got a ‘grand’ welcome from Gunung Agung (Grand Mountain) when it erupted as soon as we touched down in Bali. It didn’t interrupt our plans as most of the tourist spots were unaffected. However, our luck ended and our nightmare began when our flight to KL was canceled. With check-out time at noon, I called SGI VC. Alex listened patiently but immediately understood the urgency. Without a moment to lose, he sent out a holiday request to Jakarta, got Maria to press Jakarta for approval, and kept me updated the whole time. At 12.20 pm, the hotel confirmed my extended stay.
