Malaysia Taxes such as Sales and Services Tax and Tourism Tax (if any and applicable) is applicable at a rate fixed by the local authority.<\/li>\n<li>Reception Hours are strictly from 08.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. and Members \/ Guests are not allowed to check in after 11.00 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Kindly be informed that the State of Pahang has imposed a Sustainability Fee of RM 3.00 per room per day to all vacation home\u2019s members with effect from 1 March 2022; in accordance to the Pahang Hotel Regulation 2021.
