Reschedule Notice Of The 5th Annual General Meeting (‘5th AGM’)

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we regret to announce that the 5^th Annual General Meeting (“5^th AGM”) which was initially scheduled on 27^th July 2023 is hereby cancelled. The 5^th AGM has been rescheduled and will be held on 17^th August 2023.

In light of this change, we hereby REVOKE the earlier notice of the 5^th AGM which was circulated to the members via email and uploaded on the website on 5^th July 2023.

For the upcoming rescheduled 5^th AGM on 17^th August 2023, we have attached herewith the following documents for your attention and necessary action (if any):

1. FRESH Notice of 5^th AGM for SGI Vacation Club Timeshare Membership Scheme 2 dated 26^th July 2023;

2. Proxy Form;

3. Audited Financial Statements of the SGI Vacation Club Trust Fund for the year ended 31^st December 2022; and

4. Minutes of 4^th Annual General Meeting for SGI Vacation Club Timeshare Membership Scheme 2.
