Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building and sustaining positive members holiday experience
• Appreciate the member servicing challenges and able to provide excellent member service
• Handle inbound and outbound room reservation

Requirements:

• Possess a STPM/ Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in the customer services preferably in timeshare/ hospitality industry. Those with Timeshare experience would have an advantage
• Good command of spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia.  Ability to speak in other local languages/ dialects is an added advantage
• Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed

• Handle uncollected accounts & meeting collection target
• Handle and monitor collection for assigned portfolio 
• Debts recovery
• Conduct field work
• Provide timely update of collection reports and any issues to the Team Leader

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline 
• Preferably, at least 1-2 years working experience in Credit position of a timeshare or hospitality or service industry
• Good command of verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia or other major dialects
• Self-starter with good organization skills, multitasking, independent, result oriented and able to work under pressure
• Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed
